Service Standards & Terms
1. Service Inclusions:
Hotel: 9 nights in 5-Diamond hotels as listed in the itinerary, based on twin-sharing (2 people per room).
Meals: 11 breakfasts and 13 main meals.
Transportation: Vehicles adjusted according to group size to ensure safety and comfort.
Sightseeing: Admission tickets for attractions listed in the itinerary. Price differences will be refunded if concession tickets are unavailable.
Tour Guide: Chinese-speaking tour guide.
Complimentary: 1 bottle of mineral water per person per day.
Transportation (Flights/Trains): Includes 2 domestic flights within China and 1 bullet train ticket. Passenger names must be submitted upon booking to ensure ticketing.
2. Service Exclusions:
Round-trip international airfare between the U.S. and China.
Meals not specified in the itinerary.
Driver and tour guide tips (recommended at $5 USD/person/day).
Optional/non-mandatory small transport services inside scenic spots and other secondary consumption items not included in the quote.
Single room supplement: If a single room is required (or for extra bed arrangements), the single supplement is $500 USD/person.
3. Pricing Notes:
The rates above exclude May Day, Summer Peak, National Day Golden Week, Chinese New Year, and major conference periods.
Senior citizen discounts have already been factored into the package pricing; no additional refunds will be issued if applicable.
If a client voluntarily abandons any part of the tour, fees will not be refunded.
Special Note: Any retail sales near attractions or restaurants during the tour are operated independently by the scenic spots or restaurants and are not arranged shopping stops by the travel agency; purchases are entirely voluntary.
